NOW:

See, I can still blog in English! Well, it's a long story - my father finally, after having been ill since last October, died a week ago. A lot of organizing to do. Thank god my Grandmother seems to be coping ok.
The knitting - many of you probably know the pattern. It's turned out to be quite nice, but not the seventh heaven. It's biiiiiig, I do like really big and cosy, thick jackets, you can drown in. The sleeves are too long, the coat itself could have been a couple of centimeters longer, a belt would probably have gather the jacket nicely (but I really don't know how to wear a belt) and I'm not sure if the collar is really me. But I'll very likely wear this a lot, the yarn is heavenly!

Aikaa meni vajaa kuukausi - nopeamminkin olisi valmistunut, ellei elämä olisi heitellyt. Tänään tuli postissa vino pino Rowaneita, jotka bongasin kerrankin riittävän nopeasti Neulonta-listalta. Ihania lehtiä, joissa näin äkkiselauksellakin näyttäisi olevan monta toteuttettavaa ohjetta. Juulin vaihtolangat sopisivat ehkä yhteen ja huivisormiakin syyhyttää kamalasti!
This took a little less than a month - I would probably have finished this sooner if my life hadn't been such a mess. Today I got a thick pile of Rowans in the post, for once I reacted quickly enough in the Finnish knitters' mailing list. At a first glance there seems to be quite a many knittable patterns...
