As soon as I got these yarns from a blog competition (thank you Teisa), I knew that I wanted something for myself and my neck - they are sooooo soft and sweet and the colour is so me. The pattern - finding it wasn't easy, but knitting was. I used all the yarn. In the other end there's one yarn over -row too few, but in real life nobody will notice it.

Lanka: Blend Bamboo (Hjertegarn), 152 g (täysiä keriä!)
Puikot: 4,5 mm KnitPicksit
Pattern: Lace Ribbon Scarf (Knitty spring 2008)
Yarn: Blend Bamboo (Hjertegarn), 152 g (full balls!)
Needles: 4,5 mm

I won't block this - it would be no use as this will obviously be worn around the neck. That is if I learn to wear this kind of garment.... But I have to find some new things to knit because my closets are full of mittens, socks and triangular scarves - and finding new people willing to receive continuously socks as presents isn't too easy.

This pattern looks extremely simple and that it really is. Only knit, purl, yarn over and two different types of decreases. But it is the placing of the decreases that makes this so brilliant and fantastic. Knit two together doesn't always lean on righ - nor does SSK always lean on left.... An enjoyment to knit.
